5. Sandra Bullock


Let's be honest, most of the stars who attended the event played it a bit too safe, like Sandra Bullock who dressed in dark blue, but unlike a lot of them, Sandra still looked significantly better. Her dress has unique pleats, which worked well to compliment her figure.

The rockstar graced our carpet with a simple coloured black dress, but the details on her look, including her plunging neckline and the brooch made the gothic look one of the top favourites.

3. Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis


Individually, Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde would already be a hit on the red carpet. Wilde wore a sleek black gown with her pregnant belly and Saturday Night Live-r Sudeikis topped the men's red carpet outfits with his blue suit, but together they are an unstoppable duo.

2. Cate Blanchett


Aside from winning the Best Actress award for her role in "Blue Jasmine", Cate Blanchett also won our hearts with her skin coloured gown. The detail on her dress is absolutely exquisite.

The Best Supporting Actress wore a custom made gown, created just for her, and it is the most beautiful dress of the night. It beat everyone else with the bold colour choice and the shape of the look which complimented her body so well.
